    Teleconference Call to Reveal
    How to Use LinkedIn Effectively

PHOENIX, Ariz. – April 21, 2009 – If you’re stumped over how to use LinkedIn to boost your networking and help you land your next position, you’re not alone. It’s estimated only a fraction of the more than 39 million LinkedIn members have figured it out.

That’s why Executives Network, a networking organization focused on the job search, has chosen LinkedIn expert Patrick O'Malley to host its next Industry Insights teleconference call. This nationwide call, titled “Get LinkedIn, Get Landing,” will be April 27 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. PT.

“I’ve discovered a lot of powerful tips about LinkedIn that no one else has documented or discussed” said O'Malley, president of Boston-based Patrick O'Malley and Associates, a firm that develops and delivers keynote speeches and custom computer training courses. “This teleconference call will put participant light years ahead of others in the job search.”

“LinkedIn is a very powerful networking and job-search tool for executives, but most are really unaware of how to tap its potential power,” said Executives Network President and CEO Molly Wendell. “Patrick brings a unique perspective and will provide a blueprint on how to use LinkedIn to effectively network and land that next job.”

O’Malley has previously provided LinkedIn training to such clients as the American Marketing Association, Harvard School of Public Health, Meeting Planners International and the National Speaker's Association. He also provides speaking, training, and consulting on other Internet Marketing topics like Twitter, Google SEM and Google SEO. Previously, he was the VP of Operations for the search engine, Northern Light, which was tied with Google in 2000.

Added Wendell, “This isn't one of those one-person-does-all-the-talking ‘telesnoozers.’ With Patrick leading the call, this is sure to be incredibly dynamic and highly interactive. Plus, participants will receive exclusive LinkedIn tips you can't find elsewhere.”

Executives Network debuted its Industry Insights teleconference call series March 23. The first topic focused on alternative energy and included executives from California, Arizona, Illinois and Texas. These calls are an extension of the organization’s monthly networking meetings, with the added benefit that anyone can interactively participate nationwide via phone who has a specific interest in the topic being discussed.

For more information and to register for Executives Network’s Industry Insights teleconference call, click here. The cost for Premier Members is $10, all others $20 (if registered by 4/24/09). After 4/24, price increases to $15 and $25, respectively.
