This process is designed to identify the best possible candidates, and get the Recruiting/Hiring Manager involved at the right time. While this process may look similar to what other's use, when you look behind the scenes you'll see a lot more efficiency in ours.

How long does this take? Well, it's surprisingly quick. It's really dependent on the hiring company's schedule. In a perfect world, we could complete a search within 45 days, but they typically take at least 90 due to the clients' schedules.
