Executives Network is the evolution of an idea born of necessity that has proven itself not only a viable business model, but as an important resource for executives in today’s challenging job market.

What's different about us is that we're not recruiters or career coaches. We are executives who were once in transition, out of work, available...whatever you want to call it. We built this organization exclusively for the in-transition executive because we've been there, we know what it's like. We've known the highs and lows, believing that you just landed the perfect job, only to find out that it was offered to someone else. And then only to discover that it really wasn't the perfect position after all, because a better one happened to come along through an Executives Network referral.

We're continuing to build this organization with you in mind.  The resources, referrals and relationships that will help you land the position you want.
We hope you become a member, because everybody wants to help you...they just don't know it yet!

Executives Network is the evolution of an idea born of necessity that has proven itself not only a viable business model, but as an important resource for executives.

The company was formed in 2002 as Arizona Executives, a grassroots meeting of Director, VP and C-level executives on a bi-weekly basis to discuss and explore the job market. The goal was to add value to the job-search process through the leveraging of individual contacts and advice.

Over time, the business model has evolved. It's evolved into helping leaders become better leaders. Helping them be better with their leadership teams. Helping their leadership team become better.

And while the career world will always be

Providing assistance and support to executives in the job search While advice for executives in the job search is on

One of the initial participants, Molly Wendell, was herself in the process of looking for a new position. It was her personal sense of excitement and potential
arising from this group dynamic that ultimately became the foundation of growing Arizona Executives into a company under her leadership.
She continues today as the Managing Director of Executives Network, an expansion of the original Arizona Executives model onto the national stage.

Word of mouth has gradually expanded membership to thousands with the addition of a second location in San Francisco in early 2008.
The organization today has connections in many cities throughout the country including the Silicon Valley,
Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County), Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, Atlanta, Boston, New York and New Jersey.

The business model continues to evolve with efforts to expand the nature and application of the system to provide greater value
to our members - enhancing the nature and scope of each member’s vision and the development of proactive strategies for their career.

Executives Network is the leading peer-networking resource available to high level executives in the job market today.

Meet Molly Wendell, President of Executives Network

"If you’re looking for your next executive position, then I’ve been where you are now, and not all that long ago. In fact, I was in the job market when the group first formed in 2002. I had been out of work for about a year when I met Bob Schaninger at a job search meeting. Bob wanted to get a group together to talk about the job search. I went to this meeting, and was so impressed with the quality of the dialogue and contacts, that I kept going. A couple months in, Bob was close to landing a position. I wasn’t. So I volunteered to take over the reins – at least until everyone landed. Funny thing though, once someone would land, two more would join the group. As the group grew, I realized that the forum and conversation that resulted was far too important. When I finally did take a position, I negotiated time off to continue running the group.

I was so taken by the potential of the Executives Network business model and the impact it was having on lives, netting results that were otherwise nearly impossible to achieve, I decided to focus on it completely.

In 2009, Executives Network merged with a Denver-based organization called CXO.  CXO is an exclusive network of influential executives who are employed.  CXO became a place to go for executives who landed a position.

In the many years this network has been around, I’ve witnessed amazing successes, seen people’s lives change and dreams come true as the membership stepped up with vital and otherwise obscure information that resulted in new positions for their peers.

The future looks bright for Executives Network. Then again, that’s the business we’re in – the future. Not just ours, but yours, as well. I invite you to join us today.”
